Start by plugging in your USB into PC.
Then right click the USB -> Properties -> General and make sure it is in FAT32 File format.
If your USB say File system: FAT32 then right click USB -> Format and choose the following:
Then click Start.
Once that is done move all the files inside of Copy The inside files to USB And boot it to USB.
Should look like this
Then hold Shift while you click the restart button within windows - Hold all the way until you see this:
If you are 100% sure you have CSM, TPM & Secure boot disabled then click use a device and then click your USB.
DISCALIMER! This will not work if you dont turn off the above settings in your UEFI bios, Please don't continue following the tutorial without it.
If NOT then follow the following:
Click Troubleshoot
Then Advanced options
Then UEFI Firmware Settings
Then Restart
Once u are in Bios you need to turn off CSM, TPM & Secure Boot.
Follow Bios Settings
