# Loading from EFI

* After being done with the prerequisite settings on our board to load up to EFI, Reboot back into windows.

Then hold <mark style="color:blue;">Shift</mark> while you click the <mark style="color:blue;">restart</mark> button within windows - <mark style="color:purple;">Hold all the way until you see this:</mark>

Click on "<mark style="color:blue;">Use a device</mark>"

Now depending on either if you followed [Step 1-1: EFI - With USB](/blue.cc-fn-setup/steps/step-1-1-efi-with-usb.md) or [Step 1-1: EFI - Without USB](/blue.cc-fn-setup/steps/step-1-1-efi-without-usb.md) you will choose a different device

* If you used [Step 1-1: EFI - With USB](/blue.cc-fn-setup/steps/step-1-1-efi-with-usb.md) then select your usb, Should be something along the lines off  "<mark style="color:blue;">UEFI usb</mark>"
* If you used [Step 1-1: EFI - Without USB](/blue.cc-fn-setup/steps/step-1-1-efi-without-usb.md) then select "<mark style="color:blue;">UEFI OS</mark>"

After selecting either of these options you should boot back into windows with a messages saying "<mark style="color:blue;">Driver working</mark>" on boot.

If you get that message, you are good to follow the step below
